REGIONAL DIRECTIONS TO OCEAN CITY MARYLAND-

----> From New York, New Jersey & Philadelphia:
Take I-95 South to Wilmington, Delaware. In Wilmington, take Rt. 13 South to the Rt. 1 Bypass just north of Smyrna. There is a one dollar toll fee. Taking the bypass around Dover, Delaware avoids many red lights and heavy traffic. At the end of the bypass you will be on Rt. 113 South. Take Rt. 113 South all the way through Delaware. About 5 miles after you cross the Maryland/Delaware line, you take Rt. 90 East. (New York 4 hrs, New Jersey 3.5 hrs, Philly 3 hrs) Minimal traffic.

----> From the Washington D.C. Area:
Take Rt. 495 (the D.C. Beltway) around Washington to Rt. 50 East, Exit #19. If you think of the Beltway as a clock, Exit #19 would be at 3 o'clock. Take Rt. 50 East all the way to Ocean City. Rt. 50 ends at the Atlantic Ocean.
(Wash/Northern VA/Maryland Beltway Area 3-3.5 hrs) Minimal traffic.

This beautiful three year old house is nestled in the woods at Ocean Pines, Maryland. Availability is limited, so book now!! It is minutes from Ocean City Maryland beaches, fun amusement parks, many golf courses, restaurants, shopping establishments, and Assatague Island - where the wild ponies run free. In the summer, Ocean Downs Raceway (only two miles away) offers harness horse racing.

Included with the vacation home is the parking pass and access card to the Ocean Pines Beach Clubhouse, which is located at 49th Street on the beach (across the street from World Famous Seacrets Night Club.) The Beach Club includes food, beverage, restrooms, showers, a pool, and beach parking. The Ocean Pines community offers weekly swimming passes to their five Ocean Pines Pools for a fee.

This three year old vacation home offers cathedral ceilings, a great room, a sun room, a spacious kitchen, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and a fold down sofa that sleeps two. A master bathroom is located in this bedroom also. The additional two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The sofa in the great room is a sleeper (double) sofa and the sofa in the sun room is also a sleeper.
